All cotton lightweight woven, imported, from a wrap-compliant factory for responsible and ethical manufacturing (see wrapcompliance.org). Machine wash and dry. This first quality clothing comes new with tags, from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Wrinkled from being folded and stored in a zip bag. Size 4T is 27.5 waist to hem, and inseam is 18". They are red and white, not orange (pictures of red items are always difficult.)
