Shell and lining 100% polyester. Tag:  RN 84270. Back synthetic zipper is 18 inches. Thirty fabric covered back buttons. Three vertical front panels. Armpit to armpit is 19 inches, so I assume its a 38 inch bust. Armpit to bottom is 61 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches. The waist area is undefined, but I took a guess at the location and it is 17 inches across on the front, so its a 34 inch waist. Widest area 18 inches from waist is 37 inches on the front, so total of 74 inches. Two layers of netting at the bottom. One layer is 31 inches the other is 17 inches. I laid the front side down and measured the top of the neck at the zipper to the bottom and it is 96 inches. There is a built in small train, to it. Please note the hole I found is 3 inches from the bottom. I think it is from the wheel of the rack it was on.  I didn't see it until I had the dress laid flat for measurements. I did not attempt to mend or clean it.  I cannot find any other stains  or problems. Beaded throughout with some plain areas. It is heavy.
