  • Condition: Solid vintage condition. Satin is in gorgeous clean condition; only one small spot I could find near hem that does not call attention. Netted poof skirt underneath has been mended nicely in various places. Lining has underarm stains as photographed, which, except for the faintest of shadows when hunting for it, do not show through to the outside. Some wear on inside of train hem.

    Description

    Long clean lines of the drop-waist bodice set off the rich white satin of this Bianchi vintage gown.  Heavily-sequined and beaded lace front goes up on shoulders and down the back shoulders.  Handsomely styled back has full zipper with satin-covered buttons.  Lovely full skirt with a very ample train can be tacked up in the back with three buttons and loops.  Gathered and fitted long sleeves have ease at elbows and close at the lace wrist with 8 satin-covered buttons and loops. Very full netted underskirt.  Truly a gown designed to make the most of its gorgeous satin.
