Vintage 1940s / 50s Cut out Floral Lace Princess XS Wedding Dress
Features-
Beautiful cut out floral lace detail
Flower appliques on bust
Princess cut and layered long ballerina esc skirt
3 layers. 2 sheer chiffon and bottom solid.
Side zipper
Interesting off shoulder neckline that looks beautiful propped around the neck. A steamer, time and maybe some light sewing will be needed to get it to stay.
In some photos I have it taped.
It looks beautiful pressed down too.
Condition- Some light stains, overall yellowing/ discoloration.
Has a slight musty stain from storage.
The last solid underslip has stains and holes.
Overall this dress is in beautiful and wearable condition for it's age!
I see no rips in lace or anywhere other than slip. The seams are strong and the zipper works.
Era- I was told it was from the 1930s from the person I bought it from but it has a 1950s style and cut. The lace and construction leads me to believe it's 40s/50s.
