We at Overhaul Vintage are over the moon that you have chosen to purchase from us. After winning an auction or a "Buy it now" purchase, we expect payment within 5 days, the sooner the payment the sooner you'll be wearing your brand new piece of vintage awesome! :) Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after five (5) business days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
Overhaul Vintage does everything it can to give you the least expensive shipping option: For those of you who just can't wait to get their grubby little hands on that amazing dress don't hesitate to request  an expedited shipping option-  we will be happy to accommodate you!  We combine shipping!
    * Please be aware we have a *5 business day handling window from the time payment is received (With the stores growth, I am finding it very difficult to process orders in 3 days, most things will still arrive lightning quick, but there are a few items that I find last minute issues on, that need a bit more time before being sent out to make sure you receive them in the condition they were ordered in).  If you need something sooner, you will need to pay for expedited shipping and request it before purchase is completed. We are happy top accommodate your needs,  but let us know before the auction ends, not the day you have payed, it does no one any good to have a last minute request. Thank you!
All sales are final....but, Overhaul Vintage Is only as happiest as its unhappiest customer, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase.
    Update,
due to bad seeds: In the short time that I have been with ebay I find myself having to update this info often, I am truly sorry for the long windedness of this, and the fact this is now turning into a novel, it's the few bad buyers that force my hand:
I am for now, a small seller, working out of my home, and yes, I have animals-oh no!:
-"But overhaul, does that mean my clothing will be covered in yeti fur?"
-Of course not, I wash and dry almost 100% of my items, some of which I purchase with there very own hair included,  maybe its a hair from Sigfried and Roys tigers, or maybe from somebody's pet monkey: vintage clothing has a story, and sometimes that story includes the original owner owning a pet of their very own, that means, at times you may get a cat hair or two that missed my dryer lint screen and my secondary sticky thing weapon; if  you think that's going to send you in to a fit, and that that entitles you to a full refund or a free item,
    DONT BUY FROM ME!
I work very hard to get you the best items I can, and you buy them for some pretty bad ass prices, if I do say so myself. THEY ARE VINTAGE ITEMS! This is why they say, "excellent vintage condition".
I do my best to list accurately any imperfection that I find, and you will find my efforts are not in vain, just check out my feedback, it's 100% legendary...for now!
I am imperfect, as is the clothing you will at times receive: If you don't like a dress enough to still love it if it has a tiny snag, infinitesimal hole, or a spot that I missed, please mosey along to another seller-
I DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!
I know-Gasp! I just said "don't buy from me" again, and I mean it. Vintage clothing has been worn and is decades old, it is not new, therefore expecting something ages old to look pristine that you just bought for is a lesson in disappointment...for the both of us!  There is a reason that I rarely list something in pristine or mint condition, and there will be plenty of times your item will come in better condition than it is listed in, and that is  because I am very cautious when doleing out conditions.  Am I reasonable? Absolutely: everything below still applies, and though I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your item and for me to make a living,  I will not be extorted- Remember-
    DO NOT BUY FROM ME!!!
And now I would like to profess my undying love to the majority of customers I get the immense pleasure of working with; I love you as much as any cyber store can love, If I could,  I would hug you *hard*, bake you cookies *your favorite*, and if I wasnt fearful of feet, yours would be the first I would rub!

*NO REFUNDS! NO EXEPTIONS! *unless something is
    drastically
different than described or pictured we will not issue a refund, Please measure yourself accuretly!
Somethings missing these days, and that's customer service; it is a lost art, an art that was probably prevalent in the days when Overhaul Vintages merchandise was originally sold in stores. Overhaul is taken it back old school, we want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are having sold it to you.
    Overhaul Vintage now h
as a talented seamstress on staff that can alter a dress to fit your body or needs perfectly. Alterations typically take an extra 1-2 weeks. Your dress will be sent to you ready to parade around and make all the "forever 21" wearers jealous! Prices vary depending on alterations.
    - All of my items are vintage and therefore usually have some minimal wear consistent with their age
Accessories pictured with garment are not included unless otherwise noted.
    - I try to describe our items as honestly, as accurately + to the best of my knowledge through both text and pictures, listing any known imperfections (holes, stains, *missing buttons, etc) but keep in mind you are buying previously loved clothing so a small amount of wear should be expected
    - All sizes are estimates -- please refer to the exact garment measurements for a better idea of fit
    - Please keep in mind that all monitors display colors differently
    - Some items are larger than our models so they may have been pinned or clipped to show ideal fit
-Some items may have been shortened, altered or modified by our professional seamstress for a more desirable fit or look
    -
Some items have had missing buttons replaced, some with buttons that I feel are aesthetically pleasing but may not be exact matches to the garments original buttons...this is "where vintage gets twisted, sometimes it's as simple as complementary buttons.
*If by chance you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, which would suck: I want you to of course rave about it, tell all your friends, and feel like hot piece of...well, you know, in it...Please contact me before sacrificing me to the feedback gods(they'r mean! They make you eat steamed broccoli and make fun of the way you run. ), it's only fair to give me the opportunity to fix whatever issue you feel you've encountered, and I am more then happy to do so.
**Trust me when I say I know how impatient and excited I am for my purchases to come in the mail; I strive to get your order out to you as soon as humanly possible, and for the most part it gets sent out the day you you've paid for your product. Sometimes life gets in the way, us vintage lovers tend to be social butterflies, I am no exception, so please allow 2 weeks delivery for domestic orders (you'll probably get it sooner) and 3 weeks for international orders. If your order hasn't arrived by then it can only mean on thing, Cthulhu intercepted the package and is wearing your new fancy vintage dress ( Cthulhu is a big fan of vintage and a cross dresser...shhhhhh, true story).
