    Description

    Lovely vintage 1940s Handmade Ivory Taffeta Wedding Dress has sweetheart neckline, inset basque waist with gathered bustline, long puffed sleeves with ruched hems, side metal zipper and 3-tiered skirt with scalloped edges. Skirt is full enough to be worn with a hoop petticoat is desired - shown with a light crinoline, not included. Fabric is nice and sturdy and should hold up well to use. Hand washed and ready to wear with a light pressing or steam. Shown on our size 2 form - would have fit our size 4 but could not get over the rigid shoulders with the side zipper, see measurements below.
